No, we don't have a physical store yet, but we very much hope to have one in the future.
Do you make bespoke underwear & nightwear?
No, we no longer make bespoke underwear and nightwear. We have changed our business direction to DIY.
Do you make custom & commercial patterns?
Yes, we can agree on making custom patterns. For business inquiries regarding our patterns, please feel free to contact us.
Products
How can I determine my size for your patterns?
To determine the correct size for our patterns, take your measurements and use our sizing guide with charts. Do not rely on other brand's sizes as they may vary from brand to brand.
What sizing standards do you use for your patterns?
We use EU/US sizing standards as a basis. As each brand has its own sizing standard/system, we recommend you use our sizing guide with charts.
Please note! Our EU≠FR/IT sizes (bras, bralettes, bustiers...) and EU≠DE/DK/IT sizes (tops, slips, knickers, shorts...). Please see the conversion charts!
How do I download your patterns?
When you purchase one of our patterns, you will receive an email with the link to download it. If you do not receive it, please contact us at lingerie@lingeriespiration.com or by filling out our contact form and we will resolve it.
Can I teach a sewing class with your patterns?
Our patterns, for the price you see online, are for individual use only. Commercial use (including teaching sewing classes) is prohibited. ©LINGERIE SPIRATION

When will sewing materials be available?
We don't know exactly when we will be able to offer underwear & nightwear sewing materials in our online shop again. We are very keen to provide you with sustainable solutions and now looking for new suppliers. Plus our priority now is to create more beautiful patterns.

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched.
Digital products cannot be cancelled.
Will there be duties or customs fees on my order?
When it comes to physical products, customs duties as well as sales tax or import VAT (for non-EU countries) may be charged on delivery and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine any import duties that may apply before purchasing.
Do you provide wholesale or bulk discounts?
We do have a bulk discount option on patterns. Though when it comes to materials and apparel &MORE collection products we focus only on retail.
Can I combine my orders to save on shipping?
Yes, you can if your orders have not yet shipped. To combine your orders, please contact us via contact form and provide us with your order numbers.
Can I modify my outstanding order?

Can you provide worldwide shipping?
We do ship internationally.
Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately, not anymore, as the cost of shipping has risen significantly.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes, we do. Always! You will find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email and in your customer account.
What shipping providers do you use?
We deliver worldwide via postal services and parcel machines such as Omniva (Baltic countries only).

How do I return an item?

Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
Lingerie Spiration have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What if I receive the wrong product?
Whoops! We are so sorry! Of course you can keep the wrong item and we will make it right by sending you the right one if available.

Refunds
What to do if my package was lost, stolen, or damaged?
If we see that you really have not received the parcel, we will definitely refund you.
What are the refunding timelines?
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund can be approved. If we can approve it, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 12 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at lingerie@lingeriespiration.com or fill out our Contact Form.
